Our deconstruction projects always yield unique opportunities to find rare pieces as in this 1905 farm house. An example is this old ridge-cap (bottom left) that was usually discarded when new roofing was added over the decades. The picture on the right shows what would normally go into landfills after a demolish job, but what now gets recycled in our dismantle project. Over 200 pounds of nails from one farm house, not to mention all of the irreplaceable longleaf pine.
